Sustainable Heritage Conservation is run by Wilma Bouwmeester, a consultant in the preservation of heritage interiors, sites and collections. She has a background in conservation and a Masters degree in sustainable heritage.
Her conservation career started in 1992 with textile conservation and conservation advisory work at the Scottish Museums Council, followed by positions at the National Trust for Scotland as the first conservator/senior conservator, laying the foundations for the current Collections Conservation Department.
